Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use actuallyessay.garden and the services offered through it by Actuallyessay Tree Service. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What We Do

Actuallyessay Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, workmanship, safety habits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist (a tree expert), a lawyer, an insurer or a financial adviser. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change with each job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate details when you contact us. Use this site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time. Just email contact@actuallyessay.garden.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Actuallyessay Tree Service or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Actuallyessay Tree Service is not liable for loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
