We want every homeowner who reaches Actuallyessay Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Actuallyessay Tree Service
• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. But Actuallyessay Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@actuallyessay.garden. Please include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
